Anya's uni-beam, Molly's strength, Elise's disintegration beams, and Sydney's own strength and claws made short work of majority of the bugs.
The last one, the one who had been the unit commanded, had stayed back... and was still changing. More limbs, bigger wings, bigger jaws.
It spat acid at the Thunderbolts, except for Sydney. "Queen! Why do you ssstand with thessse humans?!"
