Brad didn't get this far by letting his emotions stay written on his face, but there was definitely a sense of unease now that Lyta had informed him of her mother and Uncle Brian. It didn't take a genius to figure out who her mother was and who he was talking to.
Ana and Rose would never let me hear the end of this. Gretchen would say this is Karma. And "Dad" didn't even warn me!
"What a coincidence! Me, too. Mom was never big on sleeping in. Hell, she usually wasn't too big on sleep most times. 'Sleep is just another chance for someone to kill you'." Brad says.
Then he laughs, to show her that he was saying was (mostly) a joke.
