Arthur knew Cait was kind enough to lower her voice before she called to him but he still jumped to the sound of her voice. He took deep breaths and turned to his new half sister. "Oh Cait, Hey...I'm not doing anything destructive, I promise. I'm just drawing. You okay?" he knew he was little uptight earlier about the new family and even though it's hard to open up or care about siblings, he decided to let this new family in...secretly.
Just to give them a new chance, because he was in a whole new world. There was no reason he should drag the past along with him. He just wanted to make sure she didn't feel any negativity towards him, he hates for good people to dislike him.
