"Of course you did. He likely forgot due to thinking up his next invention or how to fix my coffee pot, which isn't broken by the way, Jason." Gran says in mock-exasperation.
"It was easier to raise a Southern Gentleman before television, iPods and other such things." Gran laments. Her home was kept in the best condition possible, though it became harder to do with each passing year.
"My cooking is not anything spectacular. I just know how to make a couple of things." Gran says, even as she tries to hide a smile. Jason used to tell her she should open a restaurant, but when she asked who would run it, they had no ideas.
"If you're not hungry, Miss Fury, can I offer you a cup of coffee?" Gran asks.
