Julian laughs a little bit as Kassia approaches the bar.
"Forgive me, but incongruity of your statement caught me off-guard. We basically plotting to end a human life and your morals kicking in over the legal drinking age." Julian chuckles.
He takes a moment to compose himself, pouring himself a scotch and tossing it back.
"You realize that if we do this, we're in for a penny, in for a pound. I'll make sure you aren't implicated, but there will be questions. Always questions. Your mother is one of the world's greatest telepaths. What if she learns what you've done?
What if Christina finds out?" Julian asks.
