Iason doesn't like this human. At all. He's as dumb as he is obnoxious, and he's offending Iason's superhuman sense of smell now that the force field is off.
As the disc comes towards him, Iason grabs the platform's front, arresting its forward momentum suddenly.
He makes no such effort to stop Curly Bill's forward momentum.
