Lucas took the time while waiting for his ride to get into proper gear, meaning not a lot of clothes aside from a loincloth, and some clay based body paint.
He makes no effort to avoid the dog, in fact going out of his way to greet it and offer an open hand to it before taking a seat next to Dawn, glancing aside to quietly offer, "Relax. Everything will be fine."
