Johannes wasn't stupid. He knew an attack was coming. He threw up a shield to keep their attacks from reaching him.
"Let the crimson bands of Cyttorak surge forth,
seeking the ones who are near!" Johannes yelled and red bands appeared and started to wind around those opposing him.
