People suddenly appearing on the ground of the Avengers always set off the alarms. This time was no different.
James had been in the kitchen and had just nabbed some chocolate chip cookies fresh out of the oven when the alarms went off. "Avengers assemble!" he said into comms before he shoved one in his mouth and went outside. His shield was activated and he was ready for anything.
