He considers a moment. "Northern Europe will be trying to mount humanitarian efforts as soon as possible. They've been our traditional allies so far, given their human rights stance, but there's not a lot we can add to that. Russia and eastern Europe doesn't like a war at their borders, and will be looking for someone to blame. They're the ones most likely to try and blame or provoke Genosha... Russia especially. Africa will be trying to find military allies, because while they don't have a lot of pacts with Wakanda, they will be worried about violence spilling over. That, and Wakanda is the region's wealthiest member, so they'll want to try and find military means to force a cease fire. America... is hard to predict. They're on a balancing point right now between hawks and doves."
