Trace it, then capture them for questioning and forge their calls to buy ourselves at least enough time to get to Symkaria before anyone is missing. If non-powered terrorists got to Doom and Magneto, they've been watching for at least a month. I know politics and terrorist organizations, but I don't know guard rotations, security codes, who in the bureaucracy has been here for more than five years and who is newer, and it would look suspicious if I looked it up. On the other hand, you looking up guard rotations and the like would look like... well, Tuesday. I need you to contact people you are absolutely sure we can trust, and determine who all has had access to Magneto's quarters, and of them, how many have been here for less than two years... and see if a trustworthy telepath can take a look at them without tipping them off. Meanwhile, I need to try and get us diplomatic clearance to travel to Symkaria. We need to get closer to the situation, and they're the only nation in the region not outright hostile to us."
