The Hood stops shooting and begins producing the needed materials from the spare pocket she recently sewed into her cloak. It's now a dimension pocket that she stores several items in. Out comes the C-4, the tear gas grenades and the flash-bangs, which get handed to Kelly.
"If I get started now, yeah, I can. What's the plan?" she asks.
