Namor decides immediately that he's got keep this being at close range if he's going to be victorious. The next blast narrowly misses him, but forces Namor to divert his straight line path to Iason.
This gives Iason the seconds he needs to slam into Namor, who tries to knee the young man in the stomach to take some of the wind out of his sails.
