Namor catches the sword in mid-flight and slashes at the robot's knees, just as the robot's fire finally catches him unprepared.
He slams into the ground, rolling along in the dirt as Svalin's sword slips from his hands.
He tries to get up, but the blast was dead on and has him seeing stars at the moment.
