It didn't take long for a SHIELD transport to appear in the sky above Xavier's. Col Fury had his troublemakers watched and SHIELD had been aware that something was happening.
The transport landed and Nick Donnelly, SHIELD liaison to the X-Men, walked out of the transport flanked by SHIELD agents. He motioned to them and four headed toward one downed robot and four more headed for another robot.
He remained calm and assumed a not threatening posture. The mutants were touchy and this could get ugly fast if he wasn't careful.
