At the sight of Doom, Vincent's jaw tightens and he thumps his staff against the floor, cracking the stone slightly, before dismissing the implement back into his cape. He stares at him for a long, intense moment, peering straight into the eyes behind the mask, before his gaze darkens and he looks away, advancing to carefully examine the restraints.
He turns back to Kristoff, his back to Doom, and gestures to his left and right. "The restraints are powerful, but have no externalized security measures. It's safe to release them."
And he says no more, after that one hitch in his voice, moving to release Namor.
