As difficult as it is to read a masked expression, it's clear in the pause that ensues that Doom is looking over the spellwork to see if it's being done right. Then he gives the coordinates
When the spell is done, the five of them find themselves in Podgorica, Montenegro. They are surrounded by collapsing bridges, buildings, and very unstable piles of rubble, and all the usual things that go with them, including lots of screaming.
Doom immediately starts targeting repulsors at one of the very adjacent, not-quite-collapsed-yet bridges, working to stabilize it.
