As he doesn't really think it's any of Kristoff's business, he doesn't point out his own opinions on what Andrea might or might not do, now that she's physically capable of such.
"In all honesty, I wouldn't mind having sex again, and if Shanna had offered before the unease of Andrea dating again had set in, and she had still respected that I wasn't looking for a relationship again yet, I probably would have said yes.
I'm just trying not to put my life on indefinite hold because of one failed relationship, however important it was to me."
He's not sure how much of an actual answer he's going to be able to get out of this conversation, but it does feel much better to get it out with someone, and Kristoff's discretion is beyond reproach.
