"Hey, Small Lady!" Avery says, hugging his little girl tight. He missed her a great deal while he was working and he couldn't wait to see her today.

"You got it all done already? You work fast! You've got the makings of a lawyer or business woman in you yet. Or yes, even a great sorceress." Avery smiles, indulging her just a little.

"Now, we need to wait for your mother before we can go over your letter to Santa, but...do you think you've been a good girl this year?" he asks.
