She takes the hits and her suit's power systems fluctuate even more until they shut down. It had taken too much damage.
Natasha shifted to the Black Widow instead of the Iron Widow. She charged up her Widow's Bite and opened the armor. As soon as her hands were free, she opened fire on Osborn.
