Osborn wasn't expecting her to drop the armor and the Widow's Bite hits him hard, forcing him back a bit. He recovers and begins firing a series of repulsor blasts to keep her on the move and from getting a better aim on him.
He'll also take flight, varying his movements so that he can't get pinned down any easier.
