Time to add to the problems.
He fires two rockets, once again aimed more or less for the shield. These were designed for dealing with those with power armor, but work fine on others using metal weapons. Should they hit something metal, instead of exploding, each attaches magnetically, adding to the weight and imbalance of a blade or shield, then emits a powerful electrical shock into the conductive surfaces.
