Halbjorn is reaching it again as its being stabbed, the predictable lashing of tentacles in response to the pain somewhat interrupted as he latches onto one of the arms, tearing into the flesh of the tendril, and smashing away another arm as it reaches for him, battling the writhing mass while his sister attacks its core to deadlier effect.
