Not everyone had fancy mutant powers and could heal a dozen times faster than a frail normal flatscan. Dad had almost been killed and would take a long time bouncing back from this. He should be told what was going on, but it was Mom's call. Anya would respect that.
"We're fine," she assured him. Thankfully Logan wasn't the one making the decisions for the Avengers. "The mansion is just as likely to get attacked as this place. At least here we're not bumping elbows with the adults."
