Truth be told, the attention his date was getting did plenty to assuage any unease of Vincent's. He was used to being, or at least being adjacent to, the center of attention.
"I should think so. Stark hardly does things halfway." He collects a glass of champagne for each of them.
"So how your week been? I hope my comment regarding your father's... experience hasn't weighed too heavily upon your mind. It was only a thought, after all."
