"I'll keep that in mind if he comes looking. I doubt I'll have much problem with most of the forest folk... those kind of rules seem to be common among the spirits too. As for Danielle... I'm rather fond of her too. I know she has an interest in medicine... I was going to see if she was interested in trying to learn a few tricks she wouldn't need hands for. Just hedge magic... lots of time, patience and concentration for minor tricks, but I can teach her." He pauses, blushing again. "But that's her. And I'm sure I'll meet your dad in December. I'll be more than happy to have him try and scare me off if I'm lucky enough that you haven't broken up with me by then." he responds with a smile.
