Joey is dragged into the living area and pressed to his knees with two swords to his throat. The bucket of ice-water has nerfed his powers for the moment, but as soon as he can call a flame, he's going to.

When the girls arrive, they find Joey in his current predicament.

"Can we /please/ skip the part with the 'I Told You So's' in it? Right now is a really bad time." Joey grouses.
