When Vernique gets around to finding him, Halbjorn is out on the beach, working on his surfing. He's kept up with it ever since Anya taught him how - though unlike most of the surfers around, he far prefers to surf during the middle of thunderstorms and bad weather. More of a challenge.
Today, though, he's just enjoying the weather, and the beach being mostly left to just him, since its still rather cold by most people's standards.
