When he saw the headline, he wanted to ask Anya if it was true, but one look between her and Steve and Austin didn't have to ask; he knew.
He made some polite noise about getting back to Sylvie for their date, then walked out of the charity event and looked for the most disreputable bar he could find.
When he found the Cheatin' Heart, Austin took off his tie and blazer and gave them to a homeless guy nearby.
Then he went into the bar and decided to engage in some Tommy Templeton-style drinking.
