"Shit," Roland says to himself noticing that he doesn't hear anything and guessing the guy has gone else where.
This wasn't the best place for tracking someone but Roland does what he can and adds in a little guess work from what he would do in this situation. If you can't get the guy in one spot move to another one that he has to go to. Only place like that he could think of was the transport they had outside for some of them to use.
Roland moves carefully along the top floor towards the side of the building face his transport looking for a window. A good potential sniping spot or quick exit if he needed it.
