Kenuchio Harada is a proud man; it galls him to be in this situation and galls him more so that he must depend on his late sister's child to save his family's honor, the honor that his son has sullied.
"I expect that when you hand over the sword, you will name the one that aided you, niece." Kenuchio says quietly.
"Once Jushiro's people know you are going after the sword, my life will be forfeit. I would like to die with some manner of dignity an honor, and if you obtain the sword, I ask only that you tell our kin that I sought to bring back honor to our family in atonement for the wrongs I did.
Jushiro's failings are my responsibility. This is my way of seeking a small measure of redemption." he finishes.
