The first few are knocked aside by the table, but get back up as others swarm, the majority trying to fence Sigurdr in, others looking for ways to get past him and closer to Vernique. A few get clever, finding just about anything not nailed down, and using minor super human strength to launch tables, chairs, knives... whatever they can manage.
A couple hear the conversation, and start towards some of the civilians to try and draw the pair out to defend the other people.
