"Probably not, Detective. Thus far, he's the only person that's not accounted for in this room." the officer says, using gloved hands to remove the blood-spattered wallet.
There's a couple of hundred dollars in cash inside, an old picture of a woman with reddish-brown hair, a man with jet black hair and a young boy with dark hair. Two more pictures follow, one each of a grungy looking young biker-type with long blond hair that falls nearly to his shoulders and one of a girl, also with blond hair and a vacant, smiling expression upon her face.
The ID card is for Boston and has Austin Caine's name on it.
"And yeah, that's the Austin Caine. As in the movie star." the officer says, a bit eagerly, before remembering where he is.
Sergeant Griswold looks to Karen. "Huh. I heard he had an apartment here in town. That guy had a new movie open up recently. I only know because they damn showing had the Arts District clogged up on my normal route home." he says.
"The media really will have a field day with this if this guy is involved somehow." Griswold says.
