"Yes as a matter of fact I did get to look over your project," Carolyn says, "That's quite the interesting project you have there. It is a rather untapped market with tons of possibilities.
But there is one little thing. If I were to invest in sure a project I would like some assurances of my investments or some other perks that we could discuss later if this become a more serious business arrangement."
That was a lot of many even for her and she wanted to make the most of it to secure her potential investment even if it was a rather well thought out idea from what she could tell about the idea.
