Sigurdur should have expected this maneuver, but he did not and he was caught off-guard.
He was swept off his feet and landed hard upon his back, the Bat-leth flying from his fingers. If it had been his own sword, that would not have happened so easily, but the weapon was still new to him and he hadn't fallen down with it yet.
He looked up Svalin with a grin.
"Thou hast me cornered, milday. What wilt thou do with me?" he asks.
