"Turns out that there's only a couple of others to worry about." Julian says.
"Two of them I have a lead on. One is in Texas at the moment, the other is in Fort Leavenworth Federal Penitentiary." Julian says.
"The last one dropped off the radar about a year ago, but he'll surface again. The one in Dallas, Texas is the one I'm hoping to deal with.
Carter Howard needs to meet with an untimely demise. After that, I'll consider the issue handled for the time being." Julian says.
