Julian with a girlfriend seemed wrong and Tina couldn't help but think that what was really more the case was that the tart thought she was his girlfriend while in truth, she was probably nothing more than regularly convenient. Julian was picky and tolerated few people for very long. She herself had been fortunate to make his list of care--and she'd been so grateful for him--and Minnie was the absolute top. She'd spent enough nights in their bed to know.
"I'm sure she's disposable," Tina said a little sharply. "You are all he needs."
The Mad Scientist comment made her smile.
"No, no. I tinker and my mother is attempting to rope me into business. My boyfriend is the real scientist. I've been very fortunate...things were very bad for awhile, but then I found him."
