Through the demon assault, the idea that bothered Marlow from the start, bothered her demon minder about the hordes attacking them.... demons don't work well together just because. They needed a leader to guide, direct and put down any insurrection among the ranks. A greater demon with an agenda was at work.
It all fell into place before she cast the next spell.
"There is another!" she called out, hoping to get someone's attention. "A more powerful demon directing the army. It has to be stopped or we will die here!"
