Andrew certainly has his ducks in a row and Julian can already see the potential in improving District X and helping the people there. If the right moves are made by the right people, Mutant Town stands to become a major voice in how this city, even the state are run.
"I'm listening, Andrew. What's the problem?" he asks. He thinks he knows, but he'll let Andrew spell out his plans before speaking further.
