If Julian had any doubts about Andrew's capabilities as a leader (he didn't), all but one of them would have been erased with Andrew's idea. He would need to speak to his associates, but he couldn't see why they /wouldn't/ get behind something like this.
"Andrew, your idea has a lot of merit and I think many of my associates could be talked into hearing this idea out. The public relations alone interests me, and X-Factor can definitely put a spotlight on these efforts and the people in District X who would benefit most from this.
William Bonnehurst is the City Councilman in Ward 4, where District X is located, and he's sympathetic toward mutant rights, as two of his children are mutants. I'm sure he's willing to he to call a meeting to get this heard, get things rolling. Do you have a time-table on when you'll have a proposal ready? I can introduce the two of you." he says.
