"Nell St. Croix is working on the plan on this end. I'm not a social worker or a city planner... if there's meetings needed on this, she and her group will be taking point. Politics is my ballpark. She said she'd have a proposal for me soon... I would expect that could be within the week. I'm positive she'd be ecstatic to meet with anyone necessary... and could use some meetings with locals and fundraisers to get her feet wet anyway."
