Nicholas lets them suffer the full two hours he's sure he has. Then he turns the lights back on, though dim. "Sweet dreams, Tess." he says into her cell via the coms system. "You shouldn't have betrayed us." He deletes the record of the lights' change, and sets everything back to proper settings by the time the other guards get back.
"All yours, gents. Hope you enjoyed the game."
