"The paramount of which is that it serves as a check against both his grandson, who is the current Black Bishop and his son, Shinobi. Either or both will think twice about crossing me as long as they cannot confirm Sebastian's death. He's a hostage against the civil behavior, though, I'd like it if I could bring Louis into the fold. I'd expect him to stab me in the chest the first chance he gets, but I can at least see it coming." Julian says, taking a sip of his own water before continuing.
"If either or both were /certain/ Sebastian was dead, they'd likely come at me with everything they have in revenge. Not an optimal situation, but not one I haven't already planned for, either." he says.
