Julian nods, knowing that Lisa is still scared about all of this. He wished she didn't have to be, but a part of him knew that no matter how strong someone was, death was always a scary topic.
He supposed he might be much the same if he didn't routine take life from others to extend his own.
"Is there any pain lately?" he asks.
