Tina smiles, but doesn't say anything in regards to the lunch date. She's still not sure how she feels about things. Her own father thinks of her as disabled. Really, how does one person draw the short straw for every parental figure in their life?

"I need to get going. I promised my friend, Rose, that I'd help her with something this afternoon. I'll see you Friday at noon."

She picked up her purse again and stood up. If Bruce made motion for it, she'd grant him a hug before leaving. The second she got to her car, she was on the phone to Justin.
