The trip to Kyoto
Kayura had gotten to work almost right away. She had some background information that had gotten her through several sources. She had been doing as much reading as she could to be sure about the Captain's family. She had found out that the men responsible for his death had been caught. Like she had suspected it was in part due to the remorse of one of the thieves who had felt guilty over the death of the Captain.

She could not though find out by whom. It left her glaring at the books and various other records as she continued her search. It would be nice to know who had officially finished the duty that Captain Ishii Had laid at her feet.

Finally she finds the rest of the details then groans. She can feel how tired she is now. But they still have to finish this once they have the last of the information. She will have to report her findings to Sempai when she returns to Tokyo.

"I know where I must go. I will be making offerings to a long dead family and delivering them news on their lost son and brother." She peers back at him.

"We are lucky. Nothing has happened so far."

She tried so hard to not grin as she gathered up the notes she had taken. Then she put the old records away with care. She was extremely respectful of them even going as far as to wear gloves to not damage the pages with sweat and oils from her hands.

Once everything was put up she tugged her gloves off dropping them into her bag. "U don't think I will either. But.... I think I'm starting to heal properly. This pleases me."

She can't help the faint smile.

"Mother used to take me with her. She ran my father's business by dealing with the numbers and sometimes came here to purchase things for the shop." She misses her Mother still. She assumes at this point both her parents are gone.

"I know where we can go to get what we need. It shouldn't take long." She starts to tell him which way they will need to go.

"Almost my whole life," she admits.

"Papa sometimes.... Sometimes. My Father had to leave for long periods when I was very young. He didn't get to stay home for a full week until I was almost four. Mother never told me what he was doing. But then when he came back he went right into teaching me things," she explained.

"I've always known from very early on this would be my life. Even if I had a sibling the armor would choose me first as I was the oldest child."

Keiji curses, not expecting such an increase. He knows he can't dodge in time, so instead he hardens his bones to their maximum density as the club send him flying into the nearest building. Keiji shakes it off, thankful for no shards of wood being lodged anywhere. He gets up from the rubble and stares down the ogre.

"Last chance," Keiji state as the claws extended the rest of the way, hardening to be both dense and sharp. "Wait, or I will be forced to hurt you."

	"Thank you Ogre-sama," Kayura bows respectfully. Then she moves to go do what she set out to do. She delivers the letters she had wrote and the news.
