Nicholas picks up the impression in time to keep the kick from being devastating, but it still hurts. He responds with a snap punch aimed to try and break Misha's nose.
"That's more like it. Come on and take your best shot, boy." He knows Tessa is nearby, and she'll head for the lights of this section. Just a little more time and they'll have it, much as he's going to hate to leave this fight unfinished.
