All to soon in the sense of preparation, though it can never be too soon in terms of prevention, they're on the scene. Amiko is pleased but unsurprised to see Grogg and Kayura get to work with the crowds and the cameras as she, Hajime, and Keiji try to carefully infiltrate the building, paying close attention to the location of outside security cameras, where guards could logically be posted in relation to windows, etc.
