It's lucky for Captain Raptor that he doesn't have the ridiculously obvious cybernetic attachments that his companions have, otherwise these electric powers would be more of a problem.
"Then who pilots your puny warships?" He runs on top of a parked car and, with his enhanced legs, takes a massive jump to get over the wall.
