Long Night (Open to X-Men)
 Fred had spent nearly an entire twenty fours hours in his lab. He hadn't eaten or slept the whole period, with only a minimum of liquid requirements. He had to purge every bit of research he had done since acquiring the Shiar DNA sample. He regretted having to destroy so much of his current progress, it would take time to get back to where he had been, but it wasn't something he could risk. It took just about the whole day, but his system was purged of everything.

All gone..he knew he had to do it, but..didn't make it easy. Finally Fred left his laboratory, his legs wobbly from lack of usage. He stumbled a little into the kitchen, clumsily looking for something to eat.
